What people are saying.
Hi, I’m Lindsay!
My dream list is 100 deep. I have traveled to over 32 countries caring for others and exploring our beautiful planet. I jumped out of a plane here in the Midwest, nearly died from a tapeworm in Pakistan, lived in a mud hut in South Sudan, gave birth to my son in South Africa, and I dream of owning an RV to travel to every National Park with my son. I shaved my head twice “just because”.
A former reporter and photographer for the Council Bluffs Daily Nonpareil, my work has appeared in publications including The Omaha World Herald, Council Bluffs Daily Nonpareil, Family Ties Magazine, and on several blog sites. I have 17 years of professional photography experience which includes running my own on-location photography business, Lindsay Blake Photography.
My style is editorial and lifestyle photography which are fancy terms that aim to capture people in situations, real-life events or milestones in a high quality, artistic manner. Organic, fun, editorial, story-telling. With a deep passion for people and their humanity, I want to tell your story with joy, warmth and strength through my photos.
I wrote the published novel, Remember Us, with my friend Layne James in 2019. I also worked with an international organization for five years and co-wrote the award winning book, “Act Here. Love Now.,” a culmination of stories and photographs from around the world.
I currently lives the Good Life in Omaha, Nebraska with my son Carsen Warner.
